Waste Water Reuse and Seawater Desalination in China: Two Case Studies

This paper describes two large scale membrane treatment applications in China which focus on seawater desalination and reuse schemes. It covers plant design, engineering, and operational information of the two plants and shows why local circumstances sometimes favor waste water reuse and sometime favor seawater desalination.
