The Borough of Mifflinburg Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant located in Mifflinburg Pennsyvania recently went through a Membrane Replacement Project and installed Evoqua’s B40N membrane modules with Mempulse technology. The results were located in Mifflinburg Pennsyvania. The plant upgraded their membranes, aeration system, and mixed liqour discribution system in an accelerated timeframe to provide reliable permeate quality while using less aeration volume. This presentation will detail the changes that were made, some of the challenges, and the results of this Membrane Replacement Project.
