This paper describes the challenges with expansion of an exiting RO plant in its entirety including site work (paving, grading, and drainage), yard and process piping, new RO building, electrical/control building, vertical turbine pumps and other associated equipment. The success of the project was due to the continued efforts of the engineer and owner to always keep work moving and make decisions.
