Power production consumes significant amount of clean water and generates waste which due to global water demand needs to be treated and reused. Water Planet Inc. (WPI) set out to design and evaluate a novel and low cost membrane based treatment train to perform removal of silica, solids, and other remaining contaminants from the challenging cooling tower blowdown water.
