This presentation is a case study for implementing an MBR system starting with the judicial rulling all the way through the facility startup. There are numerous leasons learned about the process and how best to manage the contractual relationship with the owner and the contractor and deal with startup issues. The plant is a 4 mgd MBR located in Northern California.
