The new RO facility will be co-located with the existing surface water treatment plant. The RO permeate will be transferred through a degasifier and scrubber for H2S removal and odor control. The permeate will facility’s clearwells, where it will be blended with the filtered water from the existing disinfected, stabilized and transferred to the facility’s groundwater storage tanks.
