The successful use of a hybrid membrane design and turbo booster at the City of Oxnard, CA is presented. The first stage of the system has high permeable energy saving membranes, whild the second stage has lower permeable higher rejecting membranes. The turbo pump optimizes the overall energy performance of the system.
