This presentation describes a new RO water plant under design to remove hardness, color and other contaminants from a groundwater supply containing a significant organic component. The design is relevant and important to the program since it illustrates key components that must be included in RO design to reduce fouling and scaling. The paper will also present detailed pilot study information used for design and for operational assistance.
