The results of the optimization runs using settled water as feed show that membrane operation at flux of 200 Lmh can be sustained with stable transmembrane pressure (TMP) and permeability. After that, the effect on membrane operational performance is investigated when 0.5 mg/L residual ozone is applied to the feed of the membranes with interesting results.
