Converting from Lime Softening to Reverse Osmosis and Iron Removal

This presentation discusses the conversion of the City of Allegan Water Plant from a lime softening facility to a reverse osmosis (RO) facility for the treatment of groundwater. The presentation begins with a description of the alternatives evaluation, facility planning, and funding mechanisms for the water plant.
